BEING WITH
Ted Lasso just being with coach Alice. You may have seen the clip. Watching it felt like a soothing gel on a fresh mosquito bite. Let’s be more Ted.
DIRE
Football… BMG last in the league, no points.
American football… Packers last in the division, historically bad offensive line.
Straits… been listening to Brothers in Arms and Sultans of Swing. Transporting guitars.
BELONGING
Support can be an ask and a feeling. I’ve struggled with what to communicate, what to ask for, what to hold on to. It heals to be seen.
DIRECTION
North South kettlebell drag, mesmerising.
SWING
Miles Davis Memorial Day was Monday, September 28. His last album, Doo-Bop, was released posthumously and was a big blend of Jazz and hip hop. One final mastery.
